Test calls

• Test each line at the telco demarc with bridge clips/inside wiring removed

  • Confirm both inbound and outbound calling on each line

  • Verify caller ID of number being tested at demarc

Test Phone Numbers that can be called from any line: 

• 1-800-444-4444 (Toll Free / MCI/Verizon)

  • ANAC (Automated Number Announcement Circuit)

• 1-804-222-1111 (Virginia area code) = TestCall.com

  • Caller ID Number Playback

  • Press 1 for 1000hz tone

  • Press 2 for a DTMF Test

    • after beep, press buttons on keypad, then press # to end test and hear numbers read back. 

  • Press 3 for Voice Echo Test

  • After recording any test message, press # for main menu:

    • Press 1 to read back message

    • Press 2 for DTMF Test

      • press buttons on keypad, then press # to end test and hear numbers read back. 

    • Press 3 for Real Time Echo Test

    • Press 4 for Music On Hold

      • will play pre-recorded music back to you

    • Press 5 conference bridge

    • Press 6 for 0-4khz

    • Press 7 for caller id readback

    • Press 8 for real-time DTMF Test

      • reads back each number immediately, press # to end. 

    • Press 9 for milliwatt test
